Privacy & email preferences

This is Malavika Chitoor’s website for creator resources, discovery calls and content services. Consultation payments are processed through Malavika’s Razorpay account. Here is what happens to the information you share.

Content-service enquiries

When you enquire about content services, we collect the contact details, business country, service preferences and context you submit. The Tomorrow Tribe team stores your enquiry in a private Google Sheets register and receives an email notification to review your requirements and respond. Package prices are visible without submitting an enquiry. We use the business country you submit to confirm the relevant pricing and billing in your proposal. This request does not subscribe you to marketing.

When you submit the service form, this browser tab temporarily keeps an unfinished copy of your details and an attempt reference, where browser storage is available. This helps restore your enquiry after a refresh or interrupted confirmation. The recovery copy expires after 24 hours and is removed when the form next loads. It is also removed after a confirmed save, when you choose “Clear unfinished enquiry” or when you revoke the form’s contact consent. It is not a separate server backup. If saving cannot be confirmed, you can open an email draft or copy the entered details to contact Puro. Opening or copying a draft does not send an email; you must send it yourself.

Free downloads and email updates

When you enter an email to unlock resources or request updates, we send it to our backend, which uses Google Sheets and Apps Script to record the email, its source and a timestamp. We use it for resource updates and requests you make. Downloads open in your browser; entering an email does not mean the selected file will arrive in your inbox.

Your browser remembers the email entry so you do not have to enter it again on that device. Clearing browser data removes that local preference. It does not remove an email already recorded by our backend.

Stop updates or request deletion

To stop resource updates, email Puro from the address you used, with “Unsubscribe” as the subject. This is a request handled by our team, not an instant automatic opt-out. You can use the same address to ask what resource or service information we hold or request its correction or deletion. For consult records, contact Malavika at the address above. Records needed for payments, refunds or resolving disputes may need to be retained.

Invoices on your device

The free invoice generator stores your draft details, saved invoice history and optional signature in this browser. Invoice contents are generated on your device. Avoid using a shared device for private billing details, and clear the site’s browser data if you want to remove its local records. An optional email signup is separate from the invoice contents.

Media kits, quote estimates and vendor sheets

The Media Kit Builder saves your draft, photos and thumbnails in this browser automatically. The Brand Deal Calculator calculates in your browser without saving your inputs. The Vendor Details Sheet keeps your work in the current tab unless you choose “Save draft on this device”; its “Remove saved draft” action removes that stored copy while keeping the current tab’s details. None of these tools uploads the details you enter. Downloads and copy actions happen on your device; you decide where to send the result. Avoid saving private identity or payment details on a shared device. Local drafts are not cloud backups, and clearing browser data can remove them.

Consults and existing buyer access

Booking uses your name, email and phone number to create a Razorpay order and arrange your consult. Razorpay processes payment details. After payment, Google Calendar handles scheduling and Google Meet provides the call. Our backend records purchase and fulfilment information. Existing toolkit buyers use signed access links and cookies; redemption records can include IP address, country and browser information to help manage access and shared links.

After a verified consult payment, a necessary signed cookie remembers booking access in the same browser for 30 days. If confirmation is interrupted, this tab temporarily stores the payment reference and verification signature for a retry, for up to 24 hours or until confirmation succeeds. These do not contain card details. Clearing browser data removes this recovery access; keep your purchase email and receipt.

Site measurement and external links

We use Vercel Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as resource downloads and booking starts. Our custom events use resource identifiers and aggregate counts, not email addresses, invoice details, payment identifiers or the text you type into search. Query strings and fragments are removed from the page URLs we send through our analytics integration.

Links to Instagram, Creator Kamai, Google Drive and other external services open services with their own privacy practices. Creator Kamai links include referral tags identifying which area of this site linked to it.
