How it works

  1. You pay ₹1,000 below (Razorpay handles the payment).
  2. A small slot picker shows up on this page with all of Malavika's open Friday–Sunday times.
  3. You pick a time that works for you.
  4. Within seconds, an email lands in your inbox from Google Calendar with the call details and a Google Meet link for the video call.
  5. On the day, click the Meet link in that email at your slot time. That's the call.

If you use Gmail, the appointment also appears automatically in your Google Calendar, no extra steps. If you use a different email (Outlook, Yahoo, etc.), the invite still lands in your inbox; just keep the email somewhere you can find it.

When are sessions available?
Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, 12pm–4pm IST. The scheduler will only show open slots inside that window. If none of those days work for you, email malavikachitoor@gmail.com with subject "Off-window consult request" before paying, Malavika can sometimes do off-window sessions, but check first.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free, anytime, open the calendar invite Google sends after you pick a slot, hit Reschedule, choose a new time. Done.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
More than 24 hours before the slot: yes, a refund of ₹950 (we deduct ₹50 to cover Razorpay's payment-gateway fee, which they keep on their side, and a small admin charge). Within 24 hours: no refund, but a free reschedule for the next 30 days. Full policy →
What if my payment was deducted but the slot picker didn't open?
Don't panic and don't pay again. Email puro@thetomtribe.com with the subject "Payment stuck, Malavika Chitoor", and forward your Razorpay receipt email (which contains your payment ID). We'll either: (a) manually send you the slot-picker link if the payment did go through, or (b) trigger a full refund if it didn't. Response within one working day.
What if I'm a few minutes late?
No drama. Malavika will wait up to 10 minutes. If you don't join in that window and haven't messaged, the slot counts as a no-show.
What if Malavika has to cancel?
Full ₹1,000 refund (no ₹50 deduction , not your fault) or a free reschedule. Your choice. You'll get an email at the address you used to book.
Will the call be recorded?
Not by default. If you'd like a recording for your own notes, just say so at the start of the call.
What happens after I pick a slot?
Within seconds, you'll get an email from Google Calendar in the inbox you used at checkout. Subject line will be something like "Invitation: 30-min consult with Malavika Chitoor". The email has the date, time, and a Google Meet link, just click that link at your slot time, that's the call. If you use Gmail, the event also shows up in your Google Calendar automatically (calendar.google.com or the Calendar app on your phone), no extra step.
I can't find the calendar invite, where is it?
Three places to check, in order: (1) Your inbox, search for Malavika or Google Calendar. (2) Your spam / promotions folder (Google's own emails sometimes land there). (3) If you have a Gmail account: open calendar.google.com on your laptop or the Google Calendar app on your phone , the appointment shows up there automatically. Still nothing? Email malavikachitoor@gmail.com with subject "Can't find calendar invite", Malavika will resend it.
